The Triple Width System (TWS) comes with 3 removable insoles so that every time you remove an insole the shoe becomes 1 width wider. The TWS is perfect for customers experiencing Edema, and other foot swelling conditions.  Most people have one foot that is wider than the other. A selection from the TWS product line would allow a person to customize one shoe to fit the wider foot easily by removing an insole.

These TWS shoes are Seamless, and are composed in a Breathable Leather/Mesh material. They include a Thomas Heel to help prevent depression in the region of the head of the talus. The TWS shoes are designed to provide an additional 3/8 depth inside, and add extra support to your Achilles Tendon. Our TWS shoes will help you achieve specialized support and comfort while you're on the go! Enjoy the many different styles and sizes we have available.
